We provide various shipping and delivery methods for orders within Canada. At this time, we are unable to accommodate shipping to PO boxes or addresses outside of Canada.

Furniture Shipping Options

Furniture and select large décor, such as mirrors and area rugs, are available with your choice of shipping methods. 

White Glove In-Home Delivery

Leave the work to us! Big or small, from our door to yours, our White Glove delivery service includes bringing your new addition home, getting it set up and hauling the packaging away for $199 within our designated delivery zones. Up to 7 items are included in your delivery fee. For orders of more than 7 items, a second delivery charge will be applied.

Please note: deliveries outside of our designated local delivery zones are subject to additional charges. Delivery fees calculated at checkout. Delivery teams will not move any existing furniture and will only carry furniture items up a maximum of 2 stories.

Threshold Delivery

Don’t need quite as much help? For $89 (within our designated local delivery zones), our Threshold delivery service bring your furniture to the area directly inside your front door but leaves the assembly and packaging disposal in your capable hands. Up to 7 items are included in your delivery fee, for orders of more than 7 items, a second delivery fee will be applied.

Warehouse Pickup

Our Warehouse Pick Up offers you a convenient way to skip the delivery fees and is free for all furniture orders. Once your order is ready for pick up, our warehouse team will contact you to schedule your pick up appointment.

Please Note: Our warehouse teams are NOT able to load purchases into your vehicle. If you require assistance, please bring someone to help you, along with your order number, ID and payment card used for the purchase (Ex. Visa Credit Card).

Décor Shipping Options

Most small home décor items are available to ship to store. Large/heavy home décor items will require delivery or warehouse pickup. 

Ship to Store

Skip the delivery fees and pick your new décor up from your nearest Urban Barn store. This FREE shipping option is available for small décor.

Due to size and weight restrictions, we are unable to ship furniture and some larger accent pieces to stores. Orders not picked up within 90 days will be cancelled and refunded to the customer in the form an electronic gift card. Visit out Ship to Store Page for more information.

Courier

Too far from your favourite store? No problem! Select courier at checkout to have your accent order delivered to your doorstep! Courier fees will apply, calculated at checkout based on order total.

Please note that courier partners will attempt delivery of your order to your desired address, however if the delivery is unsuccessful, your parcel will be delivered to a pick up location of the courier’s choosing for you to collect at your convenience.

Canpar Courier (Large Home Décor)

This option is available for some larger accessories like clocks, mirrors, lamps, wall art and rugs. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on merchandise total. Orders shipped via Canpar Courier are delivered Monday through Friday, between 8am and 5pm.

Please note that a signature is required upon reception of the order. If the delivery was unsuccessful, your parcel will be delivered to a SMARTSpot located within 5 km radius of your delivery address. If a SMARTSpot location is not available, Canpar will leave a notice indicating the time for a second delivery attempt. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you will then have the option of pick-up or pay $10.00 for re-delivery by calling customer service on the delivery attempt notice.

Please see Canpar's SMARTSpots for pick-up locations if you will not be home during the day to accept the delivery. If you are not situated near a SMARTSpot, please see Canpar's Terminal Locator to locate your nearest Canpar terminal should the delivery be unsuccessful.
