Care
- Bailey Pillow - Dry clean or machine wash warm. Iron on medium setting with or without steam.
- Celio Pillow - Use cold water on a gentle cycle. Dry using low heat on a gentle cycle. Remove promptly. Iron at low temperature. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.
- Gresham Pillow - Machine wash warm. Dry using low heat on a gentle cycle. Iron on low setting. Do not bleach. Do not dry clean.

Furniture and large accents accompanied by an original receipt can be returned within 14 days of delivery or pick up. All furniture are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns cannot be done in-store and must be arranged by our Customer Care Centre. If you wish to make a large accents or furniture return, please contact Customer Care using our Contact Form.
Holiday Return Policy
Small home décor items* purchased between November 8 and December 24, 2024, may be returned or exchanged until January 12, 2025. Furniture and large décor items are excluded and subject to our regular Returns & Exchanges Policy. We will not be accepting any returns on December 26, 2024.
All discounted holiday products are final sale. All Holiday products may not be returned after December 24th. Gift receipts are valid for in-store credit or exchange only. We will not be accepting any returns on December 26th.
