Step inside the home of Toronto content creator Assa Cisse for one of our favourite living room redesigns ever! We helped the blogger behind My Curves & Curls transform her space with an effortless mix of timeless neutrals and trending textures. Assa's redesigned space is full of sophisticated contrasts, with tan leather and warm neutral fabrics framed by striking black metal and rich wood tones. Pairing a top-grain leather sofa with modern armchairs, Assa's living area offers mixed seating options to enjoy coffee, cocktails or conversation, all with layered rugs underfoot.
Striking the right balance between trending design and livability, we filled out the living room with modern accents, soft textures and some of our favourite faux plants. Accent pillows and throws embellished with pattern, fringe and knotted wool keep every corner cozy, while sculptural vases, framed photos and statement artwork offer a beautiful view from every seat.
