The lamp base measures approximately 62 cm (24.5 inches) long and 20 cm (8 inches) wide, and the lamp is 176 cm (69.25 inches) high. The affected model number is 56006 and the UPC is 2050000387807. The UPC can be found on the underside of the lamp.
